New school year at MBSS!

Classes have started, and the 4th academic year at the Marial Bai Secondary School is officially in session with nearly 300 students enrolled.
Although the conflict along South Sudan’s northern border has escalated, our educational center, students, and faculty are safe. The region surrounding Marial Bai continues to be one of the most peaceful in the country, and we are looking forward to another exciting year at our high school.
But we need your help.
The tension between north and south has resulted in dramatic inflation rates– the cost of food, school supplies, equipment, and fuel for transporting materials continues to hugely impact our operating costs at the school.
Your donations support our foundation and our projects in South Sudan by providing the funds necessary to build classrooms, supply our students with books and school supplies, maintain our faculty and staff in Marial Bai, and much more.
Amid challenges and uncertainty, MBSS stands as a symbol of hope and a reminder that quality education is a foundation of peace. Thank you for being part of the movement.
